Housing
We work with housing providers, developers and public-sector organisations on new build housing, refurbishment and planned improvement works. Every scheme is delivered against a written scope, a controlled programme and a single point of responsibility.
What we deliver
Social & affordable housing
Delivery of homes for housing providers and development partners, built to the specification and standards set for the scheme.
New build housing
Individual plots through to small and medium residential schemes, from groundworks to handover.
Housing refurbishment
Whole-property refurbishment, void works and internal upgrades that return homes to a lettable standard.
Planned works programmes
Kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, windows, heating and insulation works planned in sequence across multiple properties.
Infill housing
Constrained urban plots, garage sites and small parcels of land developed for residential use.
Development partnerships
Working alongside partners who hold land, funding or planning to bring housing schemes forward.

How a project runs
Every scheme, whatever its size, moves through the same four stages.
- 01
Brief & survey
We visit the site, review drawings and confirm constraints, access and existing conditions before anything is priced.
- 02
Scope & pricing
A written scope and quotation setting out inclusions, exclusions and any items that can only be confirmed once work opens up.
- 03
Pre-construction
Programme, procurement, trade sequencing, site set-up and the notifications and approvals the works require.
- 04
Delivery & handover
Directly managed site, progress reporting at agreed intervals, snagging, sign-off and handover documentation.
How the work is run
Quality
Consistent standards from setting out to handover, with defects addressed rather than passed on.
Programme
A written programme with milestones, regular reporting and early notice when something changes.
Residents & neighbours
Occupied properties and live neighbourhoods are treated as such: notice, access arrangements, clean working areas and safe boundaries.
Performance
Projects can be designed and delivered around modern energy-efficiency and building-performance requirements.
Projects we have delivered
A selection of completed work across Hull and East Yorkshire.
Before you appoint us
The things clients most often want to establish first.
Yes. Occupied work is planned around residents: written notice, agreed access windows, protection of the home and a clean site at the end of each day.
We build to the specification and standards set for the scheme, and provide the records and sign-off evidence the contract requires.
From individual properties and small infill sites through to programmes of works across multiple addresses.
We provide a single point of contact for the contract, coordinate access directly with residents where required, and keep housing officers or client representatives informed of programme progress.
Yes. A defects liability period is written into every contract, with a clear process for recording, prioritising and closing out snags.
