Construction capability
Residential new build, refurbishment, structural works, planned works programmes and external works packages.
Project management
Directly managed sites with programme, procurement, supervision and reporting held in-house.
Health & safety
Site-specific risk assessments and method statements, controlled site set-up and safe working around residents and neighbours.
Quality management
Written scopes, defined specifications, inspection at key stages and a documented handover.
Environmental approach
Waste segregation and responsible disposal, and delivery to the energy-efficiency specification set for each scheme.
Supply chain
Established regional trades and suppliers, with work programmed rather than sourced at short notice.

Areas of delivery
Housing
We work with housing providers, developers and public-sector organisations on new build housing, refurbishment and planned improvement works. Every scheme is delivered against a written scope, a controlled programme and a single point of responsibility.
Residential development
We develop and deliver residential building projects, working with landowners, investors and development partners from initial appraisal through to completed homes. Our focus is buildability, cost certainty and a programme that holds.
Construction
We deliver construction packages for developers, housing providers, main contractors and property organisations — residential build, specialist works, structural alterations and refurbishment, managed directly by our own team.
Regeneration & refurbishment
A large share of housing need is met by improving what already exists. We deliver refurbishment, planned improvement and neighbourhood works on occupied and empty property, with the disruption managed rather than ignored.
Landscaping & external works
External works decide how a housing scheme feels on the day people move in. We deliver hard and soft landscaping, paving, boundaries and communal areas as an integrated part of residential delivery — not as an afterthought.
